This usually is due to a Coordinate Reference System issue, or system maintenance.
There are a few steps that you can try:
- Refresh the window to make sure everything has loaded
- Check the coordinate reference system
- For point clouds, ensure that it doesn't contain waveform data (4, 5, 9 or 10)
- For obj files, ensure that you've included the Pix4D xyz file
- For 3D tiles, ensure that you have the .json file in the main folder, and the tiles in subfolders
