There are a few reasons this error might happen:
- Ensure the file type is supported by visiting this article: What file types does METAGEO support?
- Most common problems are: trying to use .jpg for an orthophoto
- .las file is not supported because it contains waveform data type 4,5,9, and 10 (currently Yellow Scan data is not compatible)
- 3D tiles, obj, or shp does not contain all of the necessary files in the .zip uploaded
- If the above doesn't work, then the Coordinate Reference System may be arbitrary, or not supported. Please contact support and we will look into it.
